Stop the Abortion “Shield Laws” in Pennsylvania
HB 1638–1645 & SB 837 would make PA an abortion sanctuary.
Harrisburg lawmakers revived the worst parts of HB 26 by splitting it into seven bills (HB 1638–1645) — plus SB 837, the so-called “Reproductive Freedom Act.” Together, these measures shield abortionists and pill shippers, hide records, and block law-enforcement cooperation even across state lines — opening the door to trafficking and mail-order abortion pills to minors. Pennsylvania must not become an abortion sanctuary state.
