Petition To: The Members of the Pennsylvania General Assembly
Whereas: Radical legislators in Harrisburg are making House Bill 26 and its spin-off bills (HBs 1638–1645 and SB 837) their crown jewel — the vehicle to erase every pro-life protection in our Commonwealth; and
Whereas: These bills would force taxpayers to fund abortions, abolish the 24-hour waiting period, expand who can commit abortions, shield abortion pill traffickers, and pave the way for Pennsylvania to become an abortion sanctuary state; and
Whereas: Governor Josh Shapiro and national abortion groups are pouring resources into Harrisburg to advance this agenda and make Pennsylvania the abortion capital of the East Coast;
Therefore: As a pro-life Pennsylvania voter, I demand that you VOTE NO on HB 26, HB 1638 through HB 1645, SB 837, and any other attempt to strip away protections for the unborn. I expect you to stand for life, defend our values, and protect Pennsylvania’s children.
